Constitution Day Observance at the GTU

The GTU and the member schools invite all interested persons to an educational program in commemoration of the signing of the United States Constitution in September 1787.

GTU Dean Arthur Holder will lead a discussion of a lecture entitled “Interpreting the Constitution: Spirit or Structure” given as the 2004 “Reading of the Sacred Texts” by John T. Noonan, Jr., former United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and Robbins Professor Emeritus at Boalt School of Law at University of California, Berkeley.

Light refreshments will be served.
