The Graduate Theological Union Library, 2400 Ridge Rd., invites you to Formless Form. the Art of Sho, recent works by Ronald Y. Nakasone. Sho (as it is referred to in Japan; Chu shu) or calligraphy, is the simple exercise of writing kanji (Ch hanzi) and phonetic script to communicate thoughts, feelings, and information.

On the occasion of Jane Daggett Dillenberger's 98th birthday and the publication of her book with John Handley, The Religious Art of Pablo Picasso, select works of art are on display at the Flora Lamson Hewlett Library from May 6 through June 30, 2014. The art and other materials in her honor are from the Center for Arts, Religion and Education collection, as well as works from Dillenberger's personal collection and documents and images from the GTU Archives.
