GESTALT, a new short film by Eduardo Faustino, explores a near future in which Virtual Reality (VR) technology affects our lives and societal behavior. In a world where reality has become just a point of perspective, the film considers the implications of VR for mental health through the story of Laura, who explores San Francisco with long walks, great food, and laughter with her boyfriend, Mark. She thinks he can fulfill her wildest fantasies, as least for now.
