Born in Malaga, Spain, Fran Guijarro is a Spanish-American filmmaker and creative director based in San Francisco, CA. He holds an MFA in Copywriting from the Academy of Art University, supported by the prestigious laCaixa Full Scholarship Program. He studied Screenwriting at the Cuba International School of Film and Television. Throughout his career, Fran has worked as a creative director at leading agencies like Proximity BBDO and Alma DDB and major marketers like Amazon. He has also taught at the university level.

 

Luisa Piñeros is a Canadian-Colombian architect with a Master in Architecture from Harvard University and a BA in Philosophy and Architecture from the University of Toronto. Her built and written work is based upon the principles of sustainable design, material health, and equitable urbanism. She has worked in a variety of cities across the Americas. During her latest position in an Artificial Intelligence startup in San Francisco, she was in charge of identifying opportunities to utilize the latest computational technologies within the field of design, bringing up questions of agency, ethics, and authorship. 

 

 

Anselm Ramelow, OP is a professor of Philosophy and Theology at the Dominican School of Philosophy and Theology. He is also a Core Doctoral Faculty of the GTU, and a Senior Fellow at the Berkeley Institute.  Philosophers from whom he takes inspiration include Plato, Aristotle, Thomas Aquinas, Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel, Max Scheler, Theodor W. Adorno, and Robert Spaemann. He is currently working on a book on philosophical aesthetics.
