Transcript Requests for GTU Common M.A. and Doctoral Students and for JST-SCU Students only
Transcript requests must be made in writing. Please fill out, sign, and submit two copies of the transcript request form (PDF). You can return the form via fax (510/649-1730), attach it in PDF format to an e-mail, or mail it in care of:

The charge is $5 per transcript. (NOTE: As of July 1, 2010, the first transcript requested is no longer free of charge.) Payment is only accepted in cash, check, or money order and can be sent under separate cover if you choose to fax or e-mail the request. Checks should be made out simply to GTU. Payment is not required in advance, though timely payment is greatly appreciated.
Transcript requests are processed, and transcripts printed, each Monday.
If you are requesting a JST transcript, please bear in mind it will first be sent to JST for sealing and stamping before being sent to you or a third party.
