2017 King and Faith Lectures

Friday, January 13th 2017 to Monday, January 16th 2017

The GTU is proud to be among the consponsors of the 2017 King and Faith lectures, presented by the Northern California Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Foundation. This annual lecture series is part of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration events held yearly in San Francisco each January and seeks to engage the wider scholarly, theological, clerical, and lay communities in contemporary contemplation of Dr. King, his message, and his symbology.

Featured speakers at this year's events include Dr. Dwight Hopkins of University of Chicago, Dr. Clayborne Carson of Stanford, and ABSW/GTU's Dr. Valerie Miles-Tribble.
