Green Tea Conversation: Australian Aboriginal Religion and The Art of Sacred Sites

Join in a conversation with Fr. John Hilary Martin, OP. Fr. Hilary is a Professor Emeritus of Philosophy and Theology at DSPT. He is currently studying and working out the "fundamental narrative" (i.e., the basic symbolic history) found amid the myths and rituals of aboriginal communities of North Central Australia. His lecture will explanin the religious and cultural values hidden in their very symbolic art work showing slides of aboriginal sacred sites. 

Free and open to the public.
