George Handley, Professor of Interdisciplinary Studies at BYU, is a leading advocate for and scholar of environmental stewardship within the Latter-day Saint tradition, and a passionate believer in the public humanities. George was a member of the Stanford First Ward from 1983-1989, and a member of the Berkeley First Ward from 1991-1995.
