In a workshop designed for pastoral ministers of all kinds, Dr. Heather T. Banis, Victims Assistance Coordinator for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles and clinical psychologist with a background in trauma, will offer practical suggestions on how to provide pastoral care to victims of sexual abuse, with a focus on caring for those who have suffered abuse in the Church.
This same workshop will also be held Friday, March 8 from 1:00pm - 3:00pm.
