SFTS Summer Construction Kick-off

Thursday, June 5th 2014, 4:00pm

After five years of intensive planning, San Francisco Theological Seminary will begin construction on faculty housing and a new student village this June. Funded through the sale of a small amount of peripheral property, the construction will be completed in time for the beginning of the 2015-2016 academic year.

The seminary is translating these construction activities into an opportunity to give back to the community. In a rare opportunity for the Ross Valley Fire Department, and through close coordination with the seminary, firefighters will be performing vital training exercises in buildings slated for removal on the seminary campus: homes at 25 and 30 Kensington Court, and at 108 and 130 Bolinas Ave.

To celebrate the upcoming construction activities and this partnership with the Ross Valley Fire Department, we hope you can join us on the SFTS campus for “Building for the Future: a Summer Construction Kick-off” celebration on Thursday, June 5.
